Mobile employment offices come to the most remote settlements of the region, consult the residents and help them find work. The project is implemented by the Agency of Labour and Employment of the Population of Krasnoyarsk Region in partnership with Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation.
The mobile office provides access to the digital platform of Yenisey Siberia comprehensive investment project. Residents of the region can register with the resource, take a test and get an individual competencies card in the mobile office. Citizens who have successfully passed the test are placed in the talent pool of Yenisey Siberia Comprehensive Investment Project and can seek employment in leading companies.
“We have significantly expanded geography of mobile employment offices. This year, our specialists visited 432 territories of the region, including 45 settlements not visited before. More than 6 thousand services have been provided to citizens and employers,” said Viktor Novikov, head of the Agency of Labour and Employment of the Population of Krasnoyarsk Region.
About 500 residents of remote territories of the region visit mobile offices weekly. Partners of the employment agency (authorities, business support organizations, public associations, social institutions, etc.) are engaged in the visits.
Tomorrow, July 27, mobile employment offices will go to the village of Novokursk (Sharypovsky Municipal district), village of Lebyazhye (Krasnoturansky district), villages of Olkhovka and Pokrovka (Achinsky district).

This year, the project is on the list of the best at the forum “Strong ideas for a New Time” in the track “National Personnel Initiative”. Experts highlighted the scale and investment attractiveness of the practice of the regional employment agency. In total, more than 23 thousand ideas from all regions of Russia were presented at the forum, while the project of the regional employment agency was included in the list of the best.
