The Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation, together with the Institute of Trade and Services of the Siberian Federal University (ITiSU SFU), organized a strategic session on the implementation of research in the interests of LLC “HARP YALA”. The company operates in the field of food, beverages and biologically active additives production based on Taimyr products: reindeer antlers and wild berries. The company plans to expand its product range and obtain the status of a resident of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation in the Krasnoyarsk Region.
The Krasnoyarsk Region has huge reserves of wild and cultivated plant resources, which allows it to take a leading position among the largest regions-suppliers and processors of these raw materials at the same time. It should be recalled that food security is among the priorities of the world-class scientific and educational center “Yenisey Siberia”.
During the event, the parties discussed the possibilities of cooperation in the development of new products based on local raw materials with a given composition of biologically active substances and improved consumer properties: functional sports and energy drinks and other food products based on local raw materials.
