The pedagogical forum of Yenisey Siberia was held in Krasnoyarsk

On November 17-18, Krasnoyarsk hosted the Pedagogical Forum of Yenisey Siberia “Development of regional clusters of continuing education of pedagogical staff”, where participants discussed the quality of education and the transformation of teacher training methods in Krasnoyarsk Region, the Republic of Khakassia and the Republic of Tyva. The event was attended by heads and specialists of municipal education authorities, representatives of the Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation, methodologists, heads of educational organizations and teachers.

The forum began with a plenary session, where Krasnoyarsk Pedagogical University presented to colleagues two Krasnoyarsk options for the development of clusters of continuing pedagogical education. In addition, the representatives of Armavir State Pedagogical University, Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University named after V. P. Astafiev, Herzen University,  Katanov Khakass State University, Yaroslavl State Pedagogical University named after K.D.Ushinsky shared their experience of training specialists in the field of education during the meeting.

“Pedagogical University is currently working on the implementation of the core of pedagogical education in the system of training future personnel. It is possible to achieve a synergetic effect in the development of the federal education system only through the joint efforts of interested parties who has just met at the forum,” said Maria Kholina, the Acting Rector of the Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University named after V. P. Astafiev.

For two days, the participants worked on four tracks: development of the system of pre-university training; improving the quality of training of students of professional educational organizations implementing pedagogical programs; development of a system of scientific and methodological support of educational activities and targeted support of professional activities of medical workers and managerial personnel; formation and development of a system of continuing pedagogical education. The forum participants visited five discussion platforms, round tables, master classes, two symposiums and presentation platforms.

“The program with which the university came to the forum helps to identify the directions and tools that are used in education. It is great that the forum has become a platform where representatives of the education sector can share their experience and work out new pedagogical strategies,” said Vice–Rector of the Academy of the Ministry of Education of Russia Khozh-Ahmed Khaladov.

Forum is organized with the support of the Department of Training, Professional Development and Social Security of Pedagogical Workers of the Ministry of Education of Russia, as well as the Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation.
