Participants of the personnel reserve of Yenisey Siberia took part in an online seminar

The Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation organized an online educational seminar for participants of the Yenisei Siberia personnel reserve. Elena Shilova, head of the HeadHunter regional event direction, acted as an expert (hh.ru ). The topic of the seminar is the preparation of an ideal resume and the search for a dream employer.

The participants of the event learned about the state of the labor market in 2024, as well as which areas have the lowest competition for an open vacancy; studied which specialists are offered the highest salaries and how to recognize a good and bad vacancy. The speaker noted the most important aspects when preparing a resume and told what employers most often pay attention to.

“Over the past few years, employers have noted a shortage of personnel both within individual regions and in various professional sectors: the greatest shortage is noted in the selection of mass and working personnel, representatives of the fields of transport and logistics, sales and customer service, production and service,” said Elena Shilova. – This tells us that companies need new specialists every day. To do this, every citizen of our country needs to start understanding the specifics of the labor market.”

Recall that the Agency for Labor and Employment of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation are implementing a set of measures to provide personnel to organizations implementing investment projects in the region, including forming a personnel reserve of Yenisei Siberia. Currently, the personnel reserve already includes 4,087 people.

The implementation of the Yeniseiskaya Sibir KIP projects will create more than 100 thousand new jobs in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. According to the Agency for Labor and Employment of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, during the implementation of the KIP, 15,391 applications were received from investors to find specialists to work on investment projects, of which 10,198 vacancies were filled at the expense of all sources of labor resources.
