Participants of the personnel reserve of Yenisey Siberia took part in an online seminar on the topic “Management of innovative projects”. Mikhail Rybkov, an expert in project management and technological entrepreneurship at the Siberian Federal University, acted as a speaker. The event is organized by the Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation.
During the seminar, the basic concepts, content and structure of the innovation process were considered, various aspects of innovation project management were analyzed.
Among other things, the seminar participants gained knowledge on the commercialization of innovative developments and the accompanying intellectual property registration process.
“Currently, the issue of managing innovative projects in various fields of activity is very relevant. I am sure that even basic knowledge in this field will be useful to every good specialist, and even more so to a representative of the management level,” Mikhail Rybkov noted.
The Agency of Labor and Employment of the Krasnoyarsk Region and the Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation are implementing a set of measures to provide personnel to organizations implementing investment projects in the region, including forming a personnel reserve of Yenisey Siberia. Currently, the personnel reserve already includes 4,087 people.
It should be noted that the implementation of the projects of the Yeniseiskaya Sibir KIP will create more than 90 thousand new jobs in the Krasnoyarsk Region. According to the Agency for Labor and Employment of the Krasnoyarsk Region, during the implementation of the KIP, 15,391 applications were received from investors to find specialists to work on investment projects, of which 10,198 vacancies were filled at the expense of all sources of labor resources.
