Participants of the personnel reserve of Yenisey Siberia took part in an educational seminar on the topic “Conflicts and communication”. The speaker was Natalia Nikitina, a professional mediator, head of the Department of Social Work at the SibFU Law Institute. The event is organized by the Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation.
During the seminar, conflict patterns with related concepts, models of business and everyday communication were considered in detail, and various mistakes that people make were analyzed.
“The material presented at the seminar allowed us to take a different look at the process of business communication, to reflect on our model of behavior in conflict situations. I would also like to mention interesting and understandable examples from life,” said Elena Potekhina, one of the participants of the seminar.
The Agency for Labor and Employment of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation are implementing a set of measures to provide personnel to organizations implementing investment projects in the region, including forming a personnel reserve of Yenisey Siberia. Currently, the personnel reserve already includes 4,227 people.
It should be noted that the implementation of the projects of the Yeniseiskaya Sibir KIP will create more than 100 thousand new jobs in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. According to the Agency for Labor and Employment of the Krasnoyarsk Region, during the implementation of the KIP, 16,133 applications were received from investors to find specialists to work on investment projects, of which 10,647 vacancies were filled at the expense of all sources of labor resources.
