Pro-Tok company participates in the regional project to increase labor productivity

Pro-Tok company signed an agreement with the Regional Competence Center (a structure of My Business center) for participation in the national project “Labor Productivity” starting January 2023.

The region has been participating in Labor Productivity project since 2019, while free targeted support to participants is provided by the experts of the Federal Competence Center and Regional Competence Center. Specialists train corporate teams to find and eliminate their waste of time and resources. In order to achieve this they make a sample track further improving the process together. The effect becomes noticeable in six months, while the skills gained from experts help the company  improve other production processes.

OOO Pro-Tok participates in Our Champions project implemented by the Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation and initiated by the Governor of Krasnoyarsk Region since March of 2022. Within the project, the Development Corporation provides participants with consulting and information support, assistance in obtaining federal and regional support measures, including assistance in submitting an application to the Regional Competence Center.

Pro-Tok company produces switchboard equipment and transformer plants for the largest industrial and mining enterprises of Krasnoyarsk Region and other regions of Russia. Recently, the company has launched production of electrical cabinets with updated technical characteristics and high degree of protection of the enclosures, enabling the operation of this equipment in harsh climatic conditions.

The largest enterprises in more than twenty regions of Russia get the company’s developments, including: Polymetal UK, Rosatom State Corporation, RusHydro, NK Rosneft, SGK, SUEK, Norilsk Nickel, RUSAL,  ALROSA, YATEK, Polyus, GV GOLD, etc.

“Increasing labor productivity is a strategic and the most important task of any manufacturing process,” Director of the Pro–Tok company Anna Zhiratkova  said.  – I am sure that management skills of production personnel determine how efficiently working process is organized within the enterprise. I am very glad that this program exists and now it is available both for medium-sized businesses and companies with the revenue of 200 million rubles. While we were setting goals for ourselves to enter this program, the program introduced lower requirements and now it is available everywhere. I think it is extremely important to manufacturing companies to have this opportunity, it has to be used, so we participate in this program, we are inspired and hope to achieve breakthrough results.”

23 regional companies are taking part in Our Champions project at the moment. The companies get the opportunity to reach a new level by increasing production volumes and opening new markets as a result of the implementation of the project.
