Medovaya (Honey) Company is one of the producers participating in the license program of the Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation. This company produces honey, sbiten, pine cones and pine nuts in honey syrup under the brand “Yenisey Siberia”. Aromatic honey made from Greater Knapweed, which is a Siberian endemic, deserves special attention, as well as “Siberian coffee” made from crushed pine nuts with cinnamon or ginger.
