Aleksei Sarpinsky is appointed to the position of Project Head Manager within Project Directorate of Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation in Dudinka, Krasnoyarsk Region.
Aleksei Sarpinsky was born in Dudinka. He graduated from Saint-Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance majoring in Economics. He is well-experienced in working at industrial companies, including Far North companies. Aleksei Sarpinsky worked in SEZAR-Arktika, Peterburgregiongaz and Gaztekhlizing.
The new Project Head Manager will build cooperation with Taimyr investment companies and local municipal authorities; he will assist in undertakings of the Yenisey Siberia CIP and other promising investment projects.
According to Sergei Ladyzhenko, Director General of Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation, the northern projects require particular attention from the Corporation. “A permanent appointed representative at the immediate place of project implementation will facilitate effective communication between the participants of the process; it will improve efficiency of the comprehensive support,” said Sergei Ladyzhenko.
“Development of Krasnoyarsk Region northern territories is one of the key tasks within the national strategy of polar region development. It corresponds to the Yenisey Siberia’s constructive interests. Along with payment of obligatory taxes, the companies readily fulfil such social responsibilities as repair, renovation and construction of community centres, schools and other facilities in Taimyr. Permanent presence of the specialist at the territory will increase cooperation with the regional centre and minimize the time spent for solving strategic tasks,” stated Evgeny Vershinin, Head of Taimyr (Dolgano-Nenets) municipal district.
We should mention that Yenisey Siberia CIP counts a number of projects, which are currently implemented in the arctic zone of Krasnoyarsk Region, for example West Taimyr industrial cluster for production of coal concentrates from the coking coal (Severnaya Zvezda), South Cluster (Nornickel) and development of Payakha fields (included in the Vostok Oil project), (Neftegazholding).
