Sovrudnik company intends to build a new gold recovery factory (ZIF) on the basis of the Eldoradinsky deposit in the North Yenisei region of the region. This is a promising gold deposit, the reserves of which make it possible to build a ZIF in the immediate vicinity and form a full-fledged mining and processing plant here. It is planned to create 1,500 new jobs. At the moment, engineering surveys have been completed, the design of the factory is scheduled for next year, and construction is planned for 2025-2026.

In the Yemelyanovsky district, the Mega-Stroy-M company has begun construction of a large class A production and warehouse complex with a total area of 600 thousand m2. The first building of 35.5 thousand m2 is already under construction and will be commissioned next year. In parallel, the next stages of the logistics complex are being designed, which will be phased in until 2028. The total amount of investments in construction will amount to 39 billion rubles. The number of new jobs is 8,500.

In the same area, near the village of Startsevo, it is planned to build another large logistics complex for 200 thousand m2. The investor is one of the largest Russian marketplaces, Wildberries (online trading). The project provides for the construction of a logistics center with office and storage facilities. For these purposes, land plots with a total area of 37 hectares have already been purchased. The volume of investments is estimated at 10 billion rubles, the number of jobs created is 9,000.

The Presidium of the Investment Committee discussed the necessary conditions for the successful implementation of the submitted projects. Given their large staffing capacity, special attention was paid to the issues of personnel selection at the stages of construction and operation of the enterprises being created. They also discussed issues of technological connection to engineering networks, transport accessibility, land use issues and the possibility of applying special regimes to support investors.

“The projects presented today can provide significant effects for the economy of the region in terms of capital investments, job creation and tax deductions to budgets of all levels. And our task is to provide comprehensive support in their implementation. I would like to note separately that two of the three projects relate to the field of logistics, this is a new request in today’s economy. The region has great potential in this direction, I am glad that there are investors who are ready to realize this potential,” said Sergey Vereshchagin.
