The Yenisey Siberia staff assistance agreement was signed at KEF

Today, at Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum, an Agreement on Staff Assistance to be provided to the Yenisey Siberia Comprehensive Investment Project member organizations in the territories of Krasnoyarsk Region, the Republics of Khakassia and Tuva was signed.

The document foresees the development, implementation and coordination of joint actions in the sphere of professional training and education of the residents of the three regions with further employment to the Yenisey Siberia investment project member companies.

The agreement allows its parties to exchange information on recruitment of people resident in Krasnoyarsk Region, the Republic of Tuva and the Republic of Khakassia by means of connecting the employers to the HR Platform of the Yenisey Siberia CIP, as well as based on the forecasted and current staff demand of the employers involved in the Yenisey Siberia project.

The document was signed by the Head of the Labour and Employment Agency of Krasnoyarsk Region Victor Novikov, Minister of Labour and Social Policy of the Republic of Tuva Saida Sengii, Acting Minister of Labour and Employment of the Republic of Khakassia Irina Akhmetova, Director General of the Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation Sergei Ladyzhenko.

According to Sergei Ladyzhenko, the demand for staff for the Yenisey Siberia projects is truly impressive: until 2027, 70 thousand new jobs are expected to be created.

“This is a serious challenge for the education and employment sectors; we are already making agreements with our colleagues to prepare for the challenge and to overcome it for the benefit of our local citizens”, he explained.

“This is the first time when the staff recruitment task is set not to one, but to three constituent entities of the Russian Federation at the same time. Such cooperation requires a new approach to staff assistance. We should develop new employment technologies for our local citizens, for the employers to find high-quality qualified specialists”, remarked Victor Novikov.

Irina Akhmetova noticed that five Khakassian participant organizations of the Yenisey Siberia investment project are ready to accept new employees.

Saida Sengii emphasized that for the Republic of Tuva, signing such an agreement is an extremely significant event interpreted as a progress of investment projects in the region, which is particularly true for the Kuragino-Kyzyl railway construction.

The HR Platform of the Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation includes a number of measures for staff assistance to the project participant organizations through efficient search and distribution of the labour resources in the Yenisey Siberia regions. There is a plan for holding large-scale professional competitions to find and select the best specialists in their spheres.

Let us remind you that on the first day of KEF, the Yenisey Siberia Leaders interregional competition was started. The purpose of the competition is to find the managers, qualified specialists and to make up an HR pool for the Yenisey Siberia Comprehensive Investment Project.
