A working trip of representatives of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation to Lesosibirsk, which is identified as one of the main cities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, took place.
During the event, the Corporation’s specialists presented the concept of investment development of Lesosibirsk, and also held a meeting with representatives of the city administration and local businesses. One of the topics of the meeting with the administration was the introduction of the Municipal Investment Standard.
Deputy head of the city – Head of the financial department of the administration of Lesosibirsk Denis Igumnov: “Investment attractiveness is the key to successful development. The implementation of the municipal investment standard will allow us to build a system that most fully realizes the potential of the territory, and the joint efforts of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and the municipality will ensure the implementation of promising projects for the city.”
As part of the trip, representatives of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation also visited the Orghim Industrial Park, sites for the implementation of integrated territory development projects (CDT), as well as the space where it is planned to implement an investment project for the construction of a hotel.
Based on the results of the events, the main directions of the Corporation’s work on the development of the reference city were determined. Among them – attracting investors to the industrial park “Orghim” and interaction with the business community of the city.
As part of the investment development of the main city of Lesosibirsk, the Corporation developed an investment profile of the municipality for the implementation of the municipal investment standard, investment proposals, including for the integrated development of the territory, and also formed a register of investment sites. In addition, priority areas for attracting investors in Lesosibirsk have been identified: they plan to implement projects in the field of the timber industry and the chemical industry, as well as develop tourism.
