The 13 Element company, a resident of the Zheleznogorsk Advanced Development Area, has started manufacturing passenger cabins for snow trucks and self-propelled vehicles made of aluminum.
Ilya Batura, General Director of 13 Element, noted that the launch of production is conditioned by the needs of the regions of Yenisei Siberia and the import substitution strategy.
Ilya Batura, General Director of the 13 Element Company: “The Krasnoyarsk Territory and Khakassia are among the centers of freeride in Russia. Guests from all over the country come to the mountains of Kuznetsk Alatau and Sayana, where the tourist and ski infrastructure is actively developing. However, due to the sanctions, the purchase and modernization of specialized equipment, such as snow trucks, has become more difficult and more expensive. We offer cabins for snow trucks to the Russian market on individual orders and at competitive prices.”
The first passenger cabin, designed for 15 people, has already been successfully tested at the ski resort in the village of Priiskovoe. The aluminum construction combines lightness, strength and durability. The cabin is equipped with panoramic windows, viewing hatches and external boxes for transporting skis and snowboards. Heating systems, lighting, audio equipment and individual chairs with helmet niches are installed inside.
The placement of production in the TOP Zheleznogorsk provides an opportunity to enjoy tax benefits, including lower income and property tax rates. The total investment volume of all 20 residents of the territory exceeds 800 million rubles.
The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation attracts residents to Zheleznogorsk under an existing agreement with the management company Atom-TOR JSC. More information about other preferential zones and investor support measures can be found on the Investment Portal of the Krasnoyarsk Territory .
