Health service improvement is a promising business. Federal State Statistics Service reports that from 2017 to 2019 the number of paid medical services increased by 4.8 %. In 2020, the number of the provided health care services is expected to rise by 2.6% as compared to 2019. Currently, the Republic of Tyva is getting ready for establishing a multipurpose health center in Kyzyl. The center will provide a wide range of compulsory and supplementary health insurance services along with paid medical services. It is meant for the patients from Tyva, Siberian Federal District and Mongolia.
The project is at the preparation stage at the moment. So far, a land totaling 39,000.00 sq. m has been allocated for the main building construction. In addition, the enabling documentation has been provided, including a project design assignment, land use planning documents, and technical specifications for connection to the engineering networks.
The medical centre will comprise a surgery block, a neurology department with motional rehabilitation, an anesthesiology and reanimation department, a traumatology and orthopedics department with neurosurgery, an urology and surgery department, an endoscopy department, a medical rehabilitation department and a clinical diagnostic laboratory.
Total project cost is 600 mln RUB. 540 mln RUB of investments are being attracted for construction and assembly work and equipment procurement. The experts estimate that the investor internal rate of return will be at least 17 %. The project is being implemented by a public-private partnership model.
