The Krasnoyarsk Krai Ministry of Agriculture has announced a call for applications for subsidies from the regional budget. The funds are intended to partially reimburse the costs associated with raising livestock and growing commercial fish. The total funding amount is 857.2 million rubles. Applications are accepted until May 21.
The subsidy is awarded based on performance in 2025. Recipients of the subsidies are agricultural producers (including organizations and peasant farms) that have maintained or increased their livestock numbers, as well as those engaged in industrial poultry farming or industrial aquaculture.
The amount of the subsidy is determined based on the number of livestock and poultry, their productivity, and the volume of fish sold. When calculating the subsidy amount, increasing coefficients are applied for small and medium-sized businesses, as well as for farms that have purchased livestock and fish insurance.
This year, an increased coefficient was introduced for enterprises specializing in raising meat-producing poultry. This measure stimulates poultry production in the region, which is in line with the goals of the national project “Technological Support for Food Security.” This year, agricultural producers will also be able to offset a large portion of their breeding horse costs,” noted Dmitry Voropayev, Minister of Agriculture of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
Furthermore, livestock farms in the Krasnoyarsk Territory will be able to receive support for the purchase of breeding stock this year. The selection process is scheduled for May.
