Technology transfer partnership agreement signed at KEF

Director General of the Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation Sergei Ladyzhenko and the Agency of Technological Development represented by Deputy Director General – Head of the Directorate for Cooperation with State Companies Yuri Abramov signed a Partnership Agreement to create conditions for technology transfer and high-tech industrial production development in the territory of the Russian Federation. The cooperation will be carried out through exchange of technological tasks and project proposals, followed with the expert evaluation provided by the Agency of Proposed Technological Solutions.

“We will take a place among the experts of providing methodological support”, remarked Yuri Abramov. “Since we have put a number of projects into practice, we are ready to help our colleagues do the same but faster, relying on our experience”.

Yuri Abramov also said that the Agency of Technological Development works through an extensive network of partners including international experts. At the moment, the Agency has over 130 partners, including 40 abroad. For the Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation, the Agency is ready to do expert evaluation of the projects and technological solutions, to make up investment projects and select partners, if necessary, and to promote the technologies developed by the Corporation itself.

“This agreement presents some good prospects for us”, emphasized Sergei Ladyzhenko. “Obviously, the large project portfolio of the Yenisey Siberia CIP cannot be put into practice without cutting-edge breakthrough technologies. It is extremely important for us to establish the cooperation with the development institutions of our country to implement the investment projects with maximum benefit for the small and medium-sized businesses, especially for science-intensive and high-tech enterprises, with the priority for those registered in Russia. Indeed, we will be happy if the investment projects in the high-tech sphere could fit into the cooperation chains of large industrial enterprises of our country”.
