Krasnoyarsk has summed up the results of the Leaders of the Yenisey Siberia interregional competition. The winners were 97 contestants who were included in the talent pool of the Yenisey Siberia and will be recommended for vacancies of companies participating in Yenisey Siberia CIP. The list of winners is published on ensib.ru.
A total of 813 people, aged from 18 to 49, from Krasnoyarsk, Kyzyl, Norilsk, Cheboksary, St. Petersburg, Moscow and other cities took part in the competition. The contestants were tested in several blocks: project management, digital skills, responsibility, systems thinking, those who scored the required number of points became the winners.
The Leaders of the Yenisey Siberia interregional competition was held online from 15 November to 15 December 2022 and invited to participate Russian citizens over the age of 18 who want to work on large-scale investment projects in Krasnoyarsk Region, Khakassia, and Tyva.
Marina Shevchenko, the winner of the competition who scored the maximum points: “When I learned about the Leaders of Yenisey Siberia competition, I immediately decided to participate without any doubts. One of the important prerequisites for this decision was that the organizer of the competition was Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation, which meant that the winners of the competition would have the opportunity to work in the field of investment development of the several Siberian regions. They have huge potential. Attracting investments and developing projects is one of the key tasks in Russia today. And this task is very captivating and just calls out to be solved!
