The 10th resident is registered in Zheleznogorsk PSEDA

Sibradiotech LLC became the tenth resident of Zheleznogorsk territory of priority social and economic development.

The company’s project is aimed at the production of cable assemblies for ultra-high frequency (UHF) communication channels.  “Our vacuum cable assemblies can withstand any extreme conditions and retain their performance characteristics under many factors. The uniqueness and high efficiency of our products have resulted in a maximum demand of our cable assemblies. Counterparts from Europe used previously in the domestic industry were substituted by our products in the beginning of this year. The status of a PSEDA resident will allow us to increase production and, I hope, with the availability of investments, we will be able to completely replace imported components in the near future,” said Semyon Tashev, director of Sibradiotech LLC.

Cable assemblies were developed by a team of residents of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Innovation and Technology Business Incubator (KRITBI) for space application, and the enterprise for the manufacture of products was founded in 2016. Along with the space application, the UHF products are used in  medicine, aviation industry, data transmission systems, special-purpose equipment, and marine technology. The volume of investments under the project will amount to 1.2 million rubles.

The semi-automatic induction soldering machine patented by Sibradiotech LLC allows achieving the best radio-technical and mechanical characteristics.

Anna Garnets, Minister of Economy and Regional Development of Krasnoyarsk Region: “The case of this company allows us to say that we are successfully coping with the task set for us by the Governor 5 years ago. The point is that the entire regional infrastructure should support innovators and entrepreneurs at all stages of their work. Thanks to the state support, Sibradiotech has turned from a startup to an innovative enterprise. At first, it received support as a KRITBI’s resident, now – as a resident of the PSEDA. As a result, a unique equipment manufacturer has appeared in the region.”

Zheleznogorsk territory of priority social and economic development was created in 2018. The boundaries of the PSEDA include 70 hectares for the placement of industrial buildings with utility networks (greenfield) and 10 thousand square metres of production block No. 1 (brownfield).
