On May 25, in Krasnoyarsk, the semi-final series of the Yenisey Siberia Leaders interregional HR competition were completed. The semi-finals were held in five cities: Norilsk, Kyzyl, Abakan, Moscow, and Krasnoyarsk, with over 1000 participants. The semi-finalists were the participants who got the greatest score at the previous testing stage.
The semi-finalists challenged their skills in a business game where they had to demonstrate their leadership abilities and professional knowledge. The participants were divided into groups which had to solve a business problem and to present the solution to the experts. Each member of the group was assessed by a number of criteria including leadership, innovativeness, communication, result-orientation and ability to adapt. The ones with the greatest score were invited to the finals that will be held on May 30 in Krasnoyarsk, at the Siberian Federal University Congress Hall.
500 finalists will compete with each other at the final stage of the event. They will present a solution of the previously selected case study by means of distance conferences in their groups. The solution presentations will be assessed by the experts and company representatives. Moreover, the finalists will attend the lectures of business coaches about the development of leadership abilities. The competition winners will be included into the HR pool of the Yenisey Siberia Comprehensive Investment Project and will get a right of priority employment in large-scale investment projects.
Let us remind you that the Yenisey Siberia Leaders Interregional HR Competition is held in the territories of Krasnoyarsk Region, the Republic of Khakassia and the Republic of Tuva. Over 2000 local residents applied to participate.
