A new mobile employment center has gone to the settlements of the Ermakovsky district. The mobile office provides access to the digital platform of the integrated investment project “Yenisey Siberia”. Anyone can register on the resource, take a test and receive an individual competence card. Citizens who have successfully passed the test are included in the personnel reserve of Yenisei Siberia and can apply for employment in leading companies.
The mobile complex also has two workplaces with access to digital services – the portal “Work of Russia”, the inclusive platform of the Agency for Labor and Employment of the population of the Krasnoyarsk Territory “Space of Opportunities”, and other resources.
The specialized car was purchased within the framework of the regional state program “Employment promotion”. Yesterday, the specialists of the mobile office visited the village of Verkhneusinskoye, located more than 200 kilometers from the district center. The specialists of the employment service told the villagers about employment opportunities, training in sought-after professions, organizing their own business, and also held professional orientation events.
Viktor Novikov, Head of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Labor and Employment Agency: “In the mobile employment center, local residents will be able to register on the portals of public services and Work of Russia. Consultants will help you create and post a resume, take a test for selection in companies implementing investment projects. Applicants will be introduced to suitable vacancies and offered options for permanent or temporary work. Specialists will accompany each of the clients until the moment of employment.”
In total, there are 21 mobile offices in the fleet of the regional employment service. About 80 villages visit mobile offices every month. In January alone, about 600 services were provided to residents and employers of the region in such centers. It should be noted that the implementation of the projects of the Yeniseiskaya Sibir KIP will create more than 90 thousand new jobs in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. According to the Agency for Labor and Employment of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, during the implementation of the KIP, 15,391 applications were received from investors to find specialists to work on investment projects, of which 10,198 vacancies were filled at the expense of all sources of labor resources.
