The Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation organized the training on the topic “How to reach a new level in work?”. Cognitive psychologist Boris Lisitsin, specializing in evidence-based psychology, was the moderator of the training for the participants of the personnel reserve of Yenisey Siberia.
During the training, participants put into practice the use of a number of tools used in cognitive behavioral therapy. The issues of goal setting, self-regulation and emotion management were also discussed during the event.
“In my opinion, during the training we looked at relevant topics, including we managed to debunk some myths and try to form a new attitude to work. I was impressed by the activity of the participants: questions, comments and personal examples. Sometimes it’s enough to clear your head of inventions – and work becomes a factor of development and feeds us with energy, not squeezes,” Boris Lisitsin notes.
Recall that the Agency for Labor and Employment of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation are implementing a set of measures to provide personnel to organizations implementing investment projects in the region, including forming a personnel reserve of Yenisei Siberia. Currently, the personnel reserve already includes 4,571 people.
It should be noted that the implementation of the projects of the Yeniseiskaya Sibir KIP will create more than 100 thousand new jobs in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. According to the Agency for Labor and Employment of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, during the implementation of the KIP, 17,108 applications were received from investors to find specialists to work on investment projects, of which 11,721 vacancies were filled at the expense of all sources of labor resources.
