Polymetal is building an enrichment plant at the Veduga deposit in the North Yenisei district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory

The mining company Amikan (part of the Polymetal structure) continues to build a gold recovery plant at Veduga. The deposit is located in the North Yenisei district, 35 km from the village of Bryanka. The investment project is included in the KIP “Yenisei Siberia”.

The building area of the main building exceeds 10 thousand m2, the height of the factory will be 35 m. The installation of metal structures has been completed in the departments of grinding, filtration and drying of concentrates, the first stage of the foundation was poured for the installation of three mills, which took more than 2 thousand m3 of concrete.

In parallel, the construction of an analytical laboratory is continuing, in which the company will independently conduct the necessary research.

“There are currently 10 construction sites at the production site. In the near future, it is planned to commission a new dormitory with 300 beds, followed by a dining room designed to serve 1,000 people per day. In parallel, contractors are building a repair and mechanical workshop and other facilities,” the press service of the Krasnoyarsk branch of Polymetal told.

The Veduga gold extraction plant is designed to process 2 million tons of ore per year. The launch of the facility is scheduled for 2026.
