A round table of the First Business Club, Foreign Economic Activity and Marketplaces: New Markets and New Risks, was held in Krasnoyarsk. It was attended by entrepreneurs and experts in the field of international activity, export and e-commerce. The round table presented current cases of leading companies in Krasnoyarsk and discussed specific steps to develop foreign economic activity.
Olga Korosteleva, General Director of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation, spoke about current opportunities for cooperation with foreign partners in her speech. She emphasized that Krasnoyarsk Krai carries out foreign trade activities with 94 foreign countries. China is the leader in export and import, and the dynamics of trade turnover with it demonstrates annual growth. The basis of export from Krasnoyarsk Krai to China is metals, mineral products, and chemical industry products.
“Chinese partners are ready for cooperation in the format of joint investment projects, as well as for technological cooperation, which involves the supply of equipment, the establishment of a technological line, personnel training and the launch of production in the Krasnoyarsk Territory at the request of Russian companies. Today, several of our partners from China have reached the pre-investment stage. These are enterprises related to woodworking, agriculture, and the creation of steel production. The successful implementation of these projects will become a point of attraction for other foreign investors,” Olga Korosteleva noted.
The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation provides comprehensive support to investors at all stages of investment project implementation in a “single window” mode.
The Corporation’s specialists attract foreign partners to participate in projects, organize events in foreign countries, and provide advice on foreign economic activity.
By the end of 2025, the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation, together with the External Relations Department of the Governor of Krasnoyarsk Krai, plans to organize official visits to Armenia, Uzbekistan, and China.
