New Director of the Khakassian Office of the Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation

A new director of the Republican office of the Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation, JSC is appointed. It is one of the winners of the Yenisey Siberia Leaders competition Mikhail Krutskikh. Previously he used to monitor the small and medium-sized businesses of Krasnoyarsk Region as the Director of the Regional Department of Opora Russia.

At the working meeting, the Head of Khakassia Valentin Konovalov remarked that today Khakassia is facing a serious task of developing the non-resource sector of the economy. “The Yenisey Siberia project is extremely important for Khakassia. We need your energy and effort for attracting large investors into the Republic. Let me remark that the experts give positive feedback on the regional potential that we have. There are many promising sectors in the republic, including IT technologies, tourism and agriculture. I wish you good luck. I hope it works out for us”, said Valentin Konovalov in his welcome speech.

Mikhail Krutskikh expressed his hope for constructive cooperation and remarked that the key objective of the Khakassian office of the Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation is to provide the conditions to unleash the socioeconomic potential of the region. “Investments into large projects must transform into tangible results for the republic residents. New jobs, involvement of small and medium-sized businesses and education institutions. We are setting a new priority task to accelerate the delivery of the investment projects. It includes initiation and preparation of the new projects, promotion of cooperation with the development institutions, getting the governmental support. We are working to create and maintain the development clusters that facilitate the structural changes of the economy, along with the involvement of the non-resource potential of the Republic and improvement of the investment climate”, said Mikhail Krutskikh.

Krutskikh Mikhail Alexandrovich was born on April 2, 1987 in Artemovsk. In 2009, graduated from Irkutsk State Railway University majoring in Automation, Telemechanics and Communication Technologies on Railway Transport. In 2018, finished his studies under the National Plan for the National Economy Management Training at Siberian Federal University. In 2019, graduated from Siberian Management Institute, branch of Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration with a diploma in State and Municipal Administration.
