Issues of socio-economic development were discussed by the Governor of the region Mikhail Kotyukov and the Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Maxim Reshetnikov, who visited Krasnoyarsk on a working visit.
Maxim Reshetnikov noted the balanced investment policy of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, which made it possible to maximize federal support for core industries.
Maxim Reshetnikov, Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation: “The region is actively using systemic federal support measures to implement important projects, including the construction of a mining and processing complex, the Vysokogorsky Bridge, the subway line, the reconstruction of the airport terminal in Krasnoyarsk, and others. At the new stage of implementation, more than 12 billion rubles are available to the region. You plan to use them, among other things, for the infrastructural development of the special economic zone and the recapitalization of the industrial development fund. We supported these initiatives: they provide additional opportunities for industrial development.”
The head of the Krasnoyarsk Territory stressed that the region’s economy remains stable.: “In terms of investments, which amounted to 1.1 trillion rubles in 2024, the region is in the top ten. Real incomes of the population, consumer activity and the number of small and medium-sized businesses are growing. In terms of salaries, the region ranks first in Siberia. The region’s investment portfolio includes more than 290 projects by 2030. The largest of them are being implemented in the Arctic zone.”
The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation has been designated as a specialized organization for attracting investments and working with investors in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
