The project of the special economic zone of industrial and production type “Krasnoyarsk technologic valley” was initiated by UC RUSAL and is aimed at localization of production for deep processing of aluminum, development of processing industries and other industrial activities in the Krasnoyarsk Region.
The creation of the SEZ is based on the production and technological potential of the leading non-ferrous metallurgy enterprises in Russia – Krasnoyarsk aluminum smelter and Krasnoyarsk metallurgical plant. The site of the SEZ is a complex of industrial, administrative, transport and logistics infrastructure facilities located within a single territory and administered by a single management company.
Transport accessible land plots, special tax regime, utilities and a free customs zone will be available for the residents of the SEZ.
