Divny Industrial Park was established as a part of a new production site on the basis of the former Divnogorsk plant of low-voltage automatic machines. The Park provides conditions for the location of new industrial enterprises equipped with social, business, and engineering infrastructure, as well as administrative resources for managing and developing the site on the territory of Divnogorsk city.
Infrastructure for the residents includes gas pipeline and a gas distribution station on the territory of the Park. Heating supply is provided by the electric boiler of the Park. Centralized water supply and sewage systems are available.
The total area of industrial, warehouse and office premises of the Park is about 122 thousand square meters. The transport infrastructure consists of on-site roads with asphalt concrete pavement. The territory of the Industrial Park is fenced and constantly supervised to ensure safety of the residents’ activities.
