Chernogorsky Industrial Park is located in the second largest city of the Republic of Khakassia. The industrial park was established to create an industrial site equipped with utilities and transport infrastructure for starting industrial enterprises of small and medium-sized businesses.
Residents of the Park can apply for soft loans granted by the Monotown Development Fund. Industrial Park allows to locate production of II-V hazard class, and may be expanded from 40 to 200 hectares.
Residents are provided with electricity and water supply, sanitation and an asphalted two-lane road.
