Information on the talent pool of the Yenisey Siberia CIP was presented at Minusinsk Investment Forum

The Vth Minusinsk Investment Forum 2022 was held in Minusinsk in the Centre for Cultural Development.  The participants discussed unique features and opportunities of the development of the southern territories of Siberia in the current economic situation.

Plenary session of the forum “Youth of the Future in the Present” was attended by the Head of the representative office of the Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation in the Republic of Khakassia Mikhail Krutskikh.

Mikhail Krutskikh told how to join the talent pool of the Yenisey Siberia CIP and get an opportunity to find a job in a company implementing large investment projects in the Krasnoyarsk Region, the Republic of Khakassia and the Republic of Tyva. Infomat is one of the ways to join the pool. It’s a specially developed online platform with a set of test materials aimed at evaluation of different specialists in humanitarian, engineering and working areas. At this moment, such infomats have already been installed in Achinsk, Abakan and Kyzyl. Besides, the “Leaders of Yenisey Siberia” annual competition starts in November. More than 2,500 people have already participated in it since 2019. Moreover, a regional championship of young professionals among service workers by WorldSkills standards is planned to be held this autumn .

“About three thousand people have already been employed within the project implementation period of the Yenisey Siberia CIP– Mikhail Krutskikh outlined. – It is all in your hands, what you should do is set your goal at an early stage, create a breakthrough team and constantly develop and improve.  Everything is possible!”

The Yenisey Siberia comprehensive investment project is aimed at socioeconomic development of three regions: Krasnoyarsk Region, Republic of Khakassia and Tyva Republic. More than 60 companies leading in the world markets of industrial goods participate in the implementation of CIP. In total, staffing requirements of the projects included in the Yenisey Siberia CIP are about 70 thousand people until 2028.
