The Head of the Republic of Khakassia Valentin Konovalov met the winners of the Yenisey Siberia Leaders Interregional HR Competition to congratulate them on this great success and discuss some project ideas with them. 500 candidates from Krasnoyarsk Region, the Republics of Khakassia and Tuva reached the finals of the competition. Over 70 of them represented Khakassia, and 10 of them won the competition.
The competition included establishment of a communication platform for experience exchange, recruitment and training of bright job candidates, assistance in future employment. The strongest participants will be listed in the HR pool of the Comprehensive Investment Project. The Head of the Region emphasized that the young people have enough knowledge and potential to get employed or even to manage the investment projects on their own.
“It is a pleasure for me to congratulate you personally on the victory in the Yenisey Siberia Leaders Interregional HR Competition! Your success is a pride of our Republic. You achieved a great result, revealing your capacities in solving extremely complex tasks. I wish you to put all your projects into practice and to find appropriate application for your competencies”, said Valentin Konovalov to the competition participants.
The winners presented their projects on industrial brand design, socioeconomic programmes for the territories of the Yenisey Siberia and reduction of the flow of products non-complying with the industrial standards. The Head of the Region remarked that every project is unique in its own way and presents a strategic relevance for Siberia.
Valentin Konovalov also supported the idea off arranging such meetings on a more frequent basis to exchange constructive ideas and to put the promising projects into practice.
