FIS SBX World Cup tickets on sale

Tickets for the FIS Snowboard World Cup in Snowboard Cross are now on sale. Competitions will be held at Sopka Cluster on 7-9 January 2022. More than 120 athletes from 19 countries have sent preliminary entries.

Tickets can be purchased only on the event page on the ticket operator’s official website krs.kassir.ru Tickets are not available in the Krasnoyarsk ticket offices due to the epidemiological situation. The price of the tickets to the stands is from 200 to 400 roubles, and from 100 to 200 roubles to the fan zone depending on the program of the competition day. Entrance is free for children up to 5 years old.

Sopka Cluster is arranging entertainment locations for spectators of the FIS SBX World Cup: guests may chose to enjoy performances, get a souvenir from Father Frost, take photos in the New Year location with Christmas tree and reindeer, and take part in merry competitions. Comfortable heating tents where spectators can buy food and drinks will be organized at the venue.

The competition will be held in compliance with all the necessary measures to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection. Spectators will be required to have their body temperature measured at the check point of the venue, and must wear masks and keep social distance. When entering the venue, spectators over 18 should provide a valid QR code or a certificate of vaccination or previous Covid-19 disease, as well as their identity document. It is advised to arrive early in order to avoid queues: checkpoints will start working one hour before the start of the event.

The FIS Snowboard World Cup in Snowboard Cross will be held in Krasnoyarsk for the first time and will become qualifiers for the Olympic Games 2022. The strongest snowboarders are expected to participate in the  competitions in individual races among men and women. Athletes will compete for 4 sets of medals. Qualification rounds will be held on 7 January, and finals will be held on 8-9 January.
