Construction of a logistics park has begun in the Yemelyanovsky district

The developer MEGASTROY has started the implementation of the first stage of a large-scale logistics park project on the territory of 138 hectares near the village of Startsevo in the Yemelyanovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Region. The investment project included in the KIP “Yenisey Siberia” involves the construction of industrial and warehouse complexes of class “A” with a total area of about 600 thousand m2.

The first stage of construction will include 3 stages with a total area of about 85 thousand m2. Currently, the construction of the first stage of the first building with an area of 36 thousand m2 is underway. The building will consist of a warehouse area and an office part. The working height will be 12 m, the pitch of the columns is 12×24 meters, which is optimal for the installation of multi-level shelving structures. The facility will be equipped with a sprinkler fire extinguishing system and a fire alarm system. At the moment, the layout of the land plot, the base under the floors, columns and metal structures are being installed. The commissioning of the 1st building is scheduled for the IV quarter of 2024.

Recall that the total investment in the project is 30 billion rubles, within the framework of the project it is planned to create more than 9,600 jobs. It is planned that wholesale and retail companies, logistics organizations, e-commerce businesses and other companies will become users of the logistics park.
