Each document contains variable forecasts of the main indicators of socio-economic development, specific investment projects expected in the medium term, an assessment of infrastructure deficits and the necessary resources to eliminate them, lists of measures to develop the economy and overcome urban deficits that have already been taken into account in the regional budget for 2025-2027, as well as lists of infrastructure facilities to be implemented. to build, repair, reconstruct, etc. In addition, the comprehensive plans contain information on the amount of funding and the timing of the implementation of measures.
“At the initiative of the Governor of the region, Mikhail Kotyukov, the administrations of the four main cities, together with the regional Government, have formed and approved plans for integrated socio-economic development. Now it is especially important to quickly and effectively organize work on the implementation of plans so that the living environment in the main cities begins to change for the better as soon as possible,” said Tatiana Magdibur, Minister of Economy and Regional Development of the region.
The regional project “Infrastructure development in support settlements” of the national project “Infrastructure for Life” is being implemented in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The key result of the national project should be an increase in the quality of the living environment in the main settlements of Russia by 30% by 2030 and by 60% by 2036. Among the priority areas of infrastructure development are identified: improving housing and providing citizens with housing, reducing the number of unauthorized landfills, landscaping, improving the condition of educational facilities, primary medical care, sports and culture, a network of roads and public transport, etc. The region is currently developing plans and indicators that will help achieve national goals.
