Companies of the Yenisey Siberia CIP presented their vacancies to Krasnoyarsk residents

Annual city Job Fair was held in Krasnoyarsk, in Siberia International Exhibition Business Centre. Vacancies were presented by 50 leading enterprises and organizations of the regional centre, including companies participating in the comprehensive investment project “Yenisey Siberia”: MMC Norilsk Nickel PJSC, RN-Vankor LLC and Russian Railways JSC.

“Together with the Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation, we are actively working on staffing companies involved in the implementation of the Yenisey Siberia comprehensive investment project,” Alexander Kaidalov, Director of the Krasnoyarsk Employment Centre, said. – As of today, specialists in mining and oil and gas industries, builders, riggers, electricians, machinists and other are in high demand. Social sphere specialists: doctors and teachers are in demand at the facilities where accommodation is provided for the families of the employees as well.”

At the Job Fair, applicants could have an interview with HR specialists of those companies, learn about working conditions and get all the necessary information.

Besides, Krasnoyarsk residents had the opportunity to be selected for talent pool of the Yenisey Siberia CIP. Candidates did tests on a specially developed online platform, following which they will be able to apply for different positions in leading companies implementing investment projects in the region.

 “I am applying for the position of an oil and gas processing engineer,” said Ekaterina Mikhailova, a resident of Krasnoyarsk. – I want to be selected for Yenisey Siberia talent pool, as many large companies are involved in the implementation of investment projects. So, I have a great opportunity to get the desired job. I did the test, the tasks seemed very interesting to me. It’s great that such a booth is organized here!”

The Yenisey Siberia comprehensive investment project is aimed at socioeconomic development of three regions: Krasnoyarsk Region, Republic of Khakassia and Tyva Republic. More than 60 leading companies in the world markets of industrial goods participate in the implementation of CIP. In total, staffing requirements of the projects included in the Yenisey Siberia CIP are about 70 thousand people until 2028.
