Additional security measures will be implemented in Sopka Cluster during the FIS Junior World Champs 2021

The FIS World Junior Champs 2021 will be held on the slopes of the Sopka Cluster in Krasnoyarsk from 18 to 27 March. The operator of the international competitions is the Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation.

Additional rules for access to the Sopka Cluster will be applied to provide comfort and safety for the athletes and spectators. Thus, all fans will enter the venue through the checkpoint. Tickets as well as personal belongings of each guest will be checked and examined by using special equipment. Remember that you cannot bring in any bags larger than 40x40x45 cm, piercing and cutting objects, food, drinks in containers over 0.5 liters, alcohol, etc. The complete list of prohibited items is published on the ensib.ru website.

The entry of vehicles into the territory of the venue will be limited and parking along Biathlonnaya Street after the roundabout on Svobodny Prospect will be prohibited on the days of the competition, Driving from Biathlonnaya Street to the checkpoint of Sopka Cluster as well as parking near the checkpoint will also be prohibited.

The organizers offer to use the parking lot near the Siberian Federal University (82 Svobodny Prospect, 82, bldg. 1) to all the guests who arrive by car. A parking space will be provided to spectators upon presentation of a ticket to the competition. Without presenting a ticket, the car can be left in the parking lot of Gremyachaya Griva eco-park or in the parking lot of the Siberian Federal University in front of the Institute of Oil and Gas (82 Svobodny prospect, build 6.)

Also, spectators can get to Sportcomplex Sopka bus stop by public transport or taxi (pick up and drop off on the bus stop only). People with limited mobility, arriving by an accredited social taxi, can enter Sopka Cluster for pick up and drop off.

People with limited mobility, spectators with small children and elderly guests will be able to use a shuttle that will run through the territory of the venue from the checkpoint to the courses.

Please note that in order to avoid queues, spectators should arrive in advance: checkpoints will start working one hour before the start of the events, and the organizers will prepare entertainment locations on the territory of Sopka Cluster.

The tickets for the FIS Junior World Champs 2021 can be purchased at krs.kassir.ru on the events page. The cost of tickets depends on the category of seats: tickets to the stands will cost from 250 to 500 rubles and tickets to fan zones will cost from 150 to 200 rubles. Admission for children up to 5 years old is free upon presentation of a birth certificate.

Let us remind you that the FIS Junior World Champs 2021 will be held in Russia for the first time. Athletes from more than 30 countries are expected to take part in the competitions. Athletes will compete for 30 sets of medals in snowboard and freestyle during the competitions.
