From February 3 to February 5, 2021, Krasnoyarsk will host the first Russian Junior Figure Skating Championships. The competitions will take place at the Crystal Ice Arena. The Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation is the organizer of the tournament.
Additional entry rules will be implemented at the territory of the Crystal Ice Arena for the comfort and safety of athletes and spectators. Thus, all fans will enter the arena through the checkpoint Number 1, located near the central entrance in Partizana Zheleznyaka street. The tickets and personal belongings of each guest will be checked with special equipment. We remind you that you cannot bring bags larger than 40x40x45 cm, piercing and cutting objects, food, drinks in containers with a volume of more than 0.5 liters, alcohol, thermoses, etc. A complete list of prohibited items is published on the website ensib.ru. You can buy snacks, soft drinks, hot tea or coffee in the small snack bars located in the Crystal Ice Arena.
The entry of vehicles to the territory of the Crystal Ice Arena will be limited and parking along the security perimeter will be prohibited during the days of the competitions. The organizers offer to use free parking near Aviator shopping centre (5 Aviatorov street) or paid multi-level parking (10a Oktyabrskaya street) for all guests arriving to the competitions by car. You can also get to the competitions venue by public transport. The bus stops are the following: Ledovy Dvorets Kristall Arena, Vystavochno-delovoy tsentr Sibir, Tsentralny rynok Sovetskogo rayona (Oktyabrskaya street).
The organizers of the tournament prepared photo zones and entertainment locations for fans in the Ice Arena. An “Ice room” interactive platform which is a video zone in the form of a tunnel with neon lighting will be installed in the hall of the Crystal Ice Arena where guests can make a video clip with special effects.
Lost and found office will be organized for spectators in the Crystal Ice Arena as well as an information desk and a special point where you can get a children’s bracelet, which will indicate the contact details of the accompanying persons in case the child is lost.
In addition, souvenir shops will be opened in Crystal Ice Arena, where spectators can buy T-shirts, backpacks, branded stationery, souvenir skates, medals and attributes for fans.
Spectators should remember that according to the long-standing tradition it is customary to throw toys and flowers on the ice after the performances of athletes. Spectators are allowed to bring flowers and toys in packaging to the Russian Junior Figure Skating Championships. Soft toys can also be bought at the Crystal Ice Arena at souvenir shops.
Russian Junior Figure Skating Championships 2021 will be held in compliance with all necessary preventive measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. In this regard, hall capacity is restricted up to 50 %, the seating of the spectators must be assigned in staggered rows. Spectators will also have their temperature checked at the entrance of the venue. Spectators must wear a face mask and maintain social distance during the championships.
