The Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation has signed an agreement with Mira LLC to support an investment project for the construction of the Mira Village Krasnoyarsk cottage settlement in the Berezovsky district. The aim of the project is to form a healthy, developing, self–sufficient community based on the values of a family living in harmony with nature.
The project involves the construction of a residential cluster (country houses of several types, infrastructure and necessary networks), an educational center (school), a preschool development center (kindergarten), developing infrastructure playgrounds and leisure facilities for children and adolescents, sports facilities, event venues. The project also implies the creation of a tourist and recreational cluster with a focus on human health and self-sufficiency, food production (family activity format). The estimated investment volume is 7 billion rubles, the implementation period is 2024-2029. 300 jobs are being created as part of the project.

Mira Village is a conceptual rural village for people who choose a healthy lifestyle and family values. In 2015, the construction of the Mira Village settlement in Novosibirsk began. At the moment, Mira Village consists of three residential areas, which are home to about 100 families.
