An educational training on the topic “How to achieve easily?” was held at the Siberian Federal University. The speaker was Elena Cherepanova, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, associate professor, practical psychologist and author of 28 training programs. The event was organized by the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation together with the Yenisei Siberia Research Center.
During the training, the speaker shared effective tools for setting strategic, tactical, and operational goals; told how to identify key tasks, formulate performance criteria, and correctly allocate working time to achieve maximum results. During the Q&A session, the expert analyzed the participants’ situations and gave advice on how to achieve their goals.
The participants of the event noted that the knowledge gained at the seminar will be useful both in their personal lives and in their careers.
Recall that the Agency for Labor and Employment of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation are implementing a set of measures to provide personnel to organizations implementing investment projects in the region, including forming a personnel reserve of Yenisei Siberia. Currently, the personnel reserve already includes 4,319 people.
The implementation of the Yeniseiskaya Sibir KIP projects will create more than 100 thousand new jobs in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. According to the Agency for Labor and Employment of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, during the implementation of the KIP, 16,243 applications were received from investors to find specialists to work on investment projects, of which 10,934 vacancies were filled at the expense of all sources of labor resources.
