The new resident of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF) in the territory of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, IP Shatalov Igor Vladimirovich, plans to build an extension to the Vesna trading house in Norilsk with the subsequent organization of a catering enterprise. The status of a resident of the Russian Arctic was obtained with the assistance of the Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation and the Norilsk Development Agency.
The project of the new resident involves the construction of a three-storey extension, in which a restaurant and a cafeteria will open. The estimated investment volume is 67.3 million rubles, 35 jobs will be created within the framework of the project.
According to the entrepreneur, the main criteria for attracting customers will be the preparation and sale of a wide range of hot and cold dishes. It is expected that the catering establishment will be especially in demand in the morning and at lunchtime.
Recall that the Russian Arctic is the largest economic zone with a single set of tax and administrative preferences for conducting investment activities. Currently, 32 residents are implementing their projects in the Arctic zone of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, and the total investment amount is 37.6 billion rubles. As a result of the projects, 1,784 jobs are being created.
