There are plans to create an industrial park in the main city of Achinsk

A meeting of the investment council under the Head of the city was held in Achinsk, which was identified as one of the main cities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The event was attended by representatives of the Achinsk administration, the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation and the business community.

During the meeting, the issues of implementing the investment standard of the municipality, implementing investment projects in the city and obtaining state support measures by investors were considered.

One of the main topics was the creation of an industrial park in the main city. It is planned to implement the project on the basis of a public-private partnership (PPP), in which business has preferences in the form of benefits, subsidies and conditions for creating the necessary logistics and engineering infrastructure. It is assumed that residents will be able to create food production facilities, logistics centers and other enterprises on the territory of the industrial park.

The head of the city of Achinsk Igor Titenkov: “We have done a lot of work on the implementation of the regional investment standard in Achinsk. Regulations have been developed for the support of investment projects, we plan to approve it this year; the investment portal of the city is successfully functioning; there is a feedback form where you can ask a question or make a suggestion. We are open to business proposals and invite investors to cooperate.”

As part of the investment development of the main city of Achinsk, the Corporation’s specialists, together with the city administration, developed an investment profile of the municipality for the implementation of the municipal investment standard, investment proposals, including for the integrated development of the territory, and also formed a register of investment sites. In addition, priority areas for attracting investors to Achinsk have been identified, including industry, development and the agro–industrial complex.
