The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation received the highest evaluation of its work among regional special organizations in Russia

As a result of an independent assessment by regional development agencies, the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation was highly rated and entered Group A. This group unites the development institutions of the subjects with the highest indicators of work quality, analyzed by experts from the National Association of Investment and Development Agencies (NAAIR).

The assessment is carried out according to a total of 80 criteria, combined into 6 main areas of work of the special organization. Among the analyzed aspects of the activity: strategic planning, interaction with investors, work of the front office with requests, attracting investors and supporting investment projects, information and analytical direction, personnel policy, interregional cooperation and others.

The Executive Director of the NAAIR is Rafael Khusyainshin: “According to the results of an independent assessment of the quality of work, the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation received a 96% rating, which is the highest indicator among the regional special organizations of the Russian Federation that passed this audit. Thus, the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation has consolidated its position among the best, including special organizations for working with investors from Nizhny Novgorod, Leningrad, Tyumen, Samara, Moscow regions and the Republic of Tatarstan.”

The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation has been designated as a specialized organization for attracting investments and working with investors in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Today, the Corporation supports 283 investment projects totaling 3 trillion rubles, of which 27 initiatives are included in the Yenisei Siberia CIP.

“Compared to 2023, the Corporation’s investment portfolio has grown by almost 40%. To date, 17 investment projects have been successfully implemented, and 62 are under implementation, that is, at the stage of preparing design estimates or construction and installation work,” said Sergey Ladyzhenko, General Director of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation.

According to the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, by the end of 2024, the volume of investments in fixed assets will reach 1 trillion rubles for the first time. This indicator is increasing every year, and it has increased almost 2.5 times compared to 2018.

The National Association of Investment and Development Agencies, a non-profit organization, was established in 2006 to combine the efforts of regional development institutions (investment agencies and development corporations) aimed at creating conditions conducive to increasing investment attractiveness and investment inflows to the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Today, the NAAIR includes 74 regional special organizations for working with investors.
