The RN-Vankor company (an oil and gas producing asset of Rosneft) has commissioned three modern modular shift housing camps (VZHG) in Taimyr, equipped according to the “Smart Village” concept.
Unlike traditional carriage houses, Smart Village is a full-fledged hotel complex, where modern digital and innovative solutions have been implemented and transferred to contractors for technical support. The stable operation of the multifunctional automated system is ensured by a high-speed internal Wi-Fi network of the 6th generation.
Shift housing camps were built near the airport of Norilsk with 167 beds, in the area of the port “North Bay” with 206 beds, and the largest, with 256 beds, at the Payakhskoye field in the area of the future main oil pumping station.
The VJG are mounted from insulated block modules. Lightweight, durable, and resistant to harsh environmental influences, modern structures meet all the requirements for residential complexes in the Arctic.
Each module is equipped with the necessary household and engineering equipment, furniture and other household items, which creates a single ecosystem indoors and requires minimal use of outdoor space.
The buildings are connected by thermal passages for living in the far north, where temperatures can drop below 50 degrees. Modern energy-saving building materials have been used, which have proven themselves well in harsh climatic conditions.
Dormitories for shift staff, as well as office facilities, a canteen, a medical center, a fitness box, and a conference room are located in residential towns.
Each employee is provided with a personal identification card when they are placed at the VJG. When using it, all data is transferred to a single system that centralizes and conducts remote non-cash payments for the use of internal services, including the dining room.
