Krasnoyarsk will host the First All-Russian Forum “State for People”

From April 23 to 25, the First All-Russian Forum “State for People” will be held in Krasnoyarsk. The event is dedicated to the development of a public administration system focused on the needs of citizens and businesses. The Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation is the forum’s operator.

Representatives of federal and regional government bodies, heads of ministries and departments, will participate. At the forum, they will discuss practical steps to improve government services, including reducing the time it takes to provide government services, reducing the number of documents, eliminating duplicate procedures, and reducing the number of citizen visits to departments. Special attention will be paid to the development of digital services and the development of a human-centered approach in the work of civil servants.

The event is part of the federal project “State for People,” overseen by Deputy Prime Minister and Chief of Staff of the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Grigorenko.

“The idea is for the state to function as a modern service—quickly, simply, and proactively.” We are aligning government services with people’s needs and life situations, eliminating the need for them to understand how government agencies work. The “State for the People” forum is an opportunity for regions and federal executive bodies to exchange experiences and discuss practical solutions that will help make government services even simpler and more convenient for citizens and businesses,” noted Dmitry Grigorenko.

The forum will also feature the presentation of the federal “Leader in Customer Centricity” award. For the first time, a competition will be held for the best regional practices in improving the quality of government services. The award will identify the most effective management solutions and ensure their implementation in other regions.
