Norilsk Nickel’s initiative to create a modern hotel complex in the Bobrovy Log fanpark has received government support thanks to the national Tourism and Hospitality project. The project has been selected among the promising areas for the development of tourism infrastructure. It provides for the construction of 3 and 4 star hotels with 320 rooms.
The hotel complex will make the fanpark more comfortable and modern, expand opportunities for all-season outdoor activities, recreation and competitions at various levels, including national and international ones.
Olga Korosteleva, General Director of the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation: “The construction of a hotel complex in one of the iconic locations of Krasnoyarsk will contribute to the growth of the investment and business attractiveness of the city. By the 400th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk, it is planned to implement other projects aimed at creating new points of attraction, cultural clusters and tourist facilities.”
This year, the Krasnoyarsk Territory became a participant in the federal program of preferential loans for the first time. In addition to the hotel complex in the Bobrovy Log fanpark, the construction project of a five-star hotel on Strelka received state support.
Mikhail Kotyukov, Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory: “Thanks to the region’s participation in the national Tourism and Hospitality project, we managed to obtain federal preferential loans to improve the hotel infrastructure. This is especially important on the eve of the 400th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk. Financing has been approved for two modern hotel complexes, which will give a new impetus to the development of the tourism industry. These projects will become an incentive for small and medium-sized businesses, and new jobs will be created.”
