The day before, an online meeting was held on staff acquisition of the Yenisey Comprehensive Investment Project (CIP). The participants discussed the current and future staff requirements, as well as the measures taken to fulfill it.
The meeting was opened by Viktor Novikov, the head of the Agency of Labour and Employment of Krasnoyarsk Region. “Today’s meeting is a small part of the system that has already been created. The interaction began in 2018 with the development of the comprehensive set of measures, which we adhere to. The pandemic is making some adjustments for sure, but nevertheless, staffing technologies are being improved,” said Viktor Novikov.
This year “The best personnel for investment projects” auction was organized and allowed 35 candidates to find their jobs. The selection of candidates for training and work in PJSC Polyus is underway. The current staffing requirements are also updated for its prompt closure by residents of the participating entities. This year, investor companies of the Yenisey Siberia CIP submitted 800 applications for vacancies, which are now fulfilled up to 90%. In addition, the planned staffing needs of the Yenisey Siberia investors for the next 7 years are already being formed. This will allow taking preventive measures and helping citizens to acquire professions in demand.
“The plan for 2021 is to start the construction and installation works at least in 10 more projects. Now, through the combined efforts a pool of more than 1000 candidates has been formed,” said Maxim Govorushkin, Deputy Director General of ANO Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation.
The Yenisey Siberia CIP was created and is being implemented on the initiative of Alexander Uss, the Governor of Krasnoyarsk Region and includes 32 investment projects. The Yenisey Siberia is a development driver of the three territories, and it attracts new investments and creates new jobs. You can find the vacancies of investment projects on the Interactive portal of Agency of Labour and Employment of Krasnoyarsk Region, on the website of the Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation or at the nearest job centre.
