The issues of HR supply to the Yenisey Siberia project were discussed at the working meeting at the Ministry of Labour of Khakassia held under the cooperation agreement with the Agency for Labour and Employment of Krasnoyarsk Region.

The delegation of Krasnoyarsk was led by the Head of the Agency Victor Novikov. The meeting was attended by the representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development of Khakassia, the Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation, employers and project participants.

At Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum 2019, the heads of the Agency for Labour and Employment of Krasnoyarsk Region, Ministry of Labour and Employment of the Republic of Khakassia, Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of the Republic of Tuva and Krasnoyarsk Region Development Corporation signed a number of HR support measures for the participants of the Yenisey Siberia Comprehensive Investment Project.

The approved measures are intended to establish strategic partnership, develop efficient and mutually beneficial cooperation between the parties and to offer some certain actions to satisfy the HR demand of the employers with the population of the three regions.

In the years 2019-2027 in the Republic of Khakassia it is planned to run 12 regional projects in the coal production, transport, metallurgic and agricultural spheres. According to the estimates, over six thousand new jobs will be created.

Qualified job candidates can be supplied by regional employment services, as well as the Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation. Some joint events for recruitment and advanced training of the candidates are being planned.

Let us remind you that in the beginning of June the winners of the Yenisey Siberia Leaders Interregional HR Competition, listed in the project HR pool were named. The HR pool consists of 500 finalists who demonstrated the best results in the competition. At the end of the year, the second stage of the Yenisey Siberia HR pool development is planned through the WorldSkills workers’ competition.
