The Yenisey Siberia Leaders’ application acceptance period will be extended until May 14

HR pool for the large-scale investment projects is being formed in Krasnoyarsk Region, the Republic of Khakassia and the Republic of Tuva. An opportunity to try their skills and to find a job is open for the residents of the Yenisey Siberia aged from 21 to 50, officially resident or holding secondary general education certificates issued in any of the participant regions.

The short application form is available on the website of the Yenisey Siberia Development Corporation: Today almost two thousand specialists have expressed their wish to participate. We give you a chance to take our part in forming the HR pool of the large-scale project and to test your professional skills.

The application forms will be accepted until May 14 inclusively. On May 15-17, all registered participants will take an online knowledge and skills’ test. The competitors with the greatest score will be admitted to the face-to-face stage. The semi-finals will be held in Krasnoyarsk, Abakan, Kyzyl, Norilsk, and Moscow on May 20-25. The participants will test their competence in individual and group tasks, demonstrate their case solving skills. The finals will be held on May 30, in Krasnoyarsk. The finalists will be included into the HR pool of the Yenisey Siberia project and get a real chance of employment.

The implementation of the Yenisey Siberia Comprehensive Investment Project will create over 70,000 qualified jobs in the competitive branches of economy. Even today the project investors have announced over 2 thousand vacancies in the spheres of oil production, forestry and metal processing. The level of salaries paid in these spheres has exceeded the average regional value by 2-3 times.

The competition is not only a real chance of employment, but also an opportunity to test your professional skills. The participants will meet the best specialists and managers of the Yenisey Siberia project, have their knowledge and skills assessed by experts, will get individual education recommendations and a competence map.
